由教育部电子商务专业虚拟教研室支持的第四届国际电商创新研讨会（ICECI）将与第24届国际电子商务学术会议(ICEC2023)合作，于2023年6月30日-2023年7月2日在西安交通大学召开。

目前，电子商务已成为全球经济发展的重要动力，全球电子商务呈现出市场规模不断扩大、区域差距逐步缩小、共享经济蓬勃发展等特点，如何创新和发展电子商务，确保其可持续发展成为当务之急。因此，第四届国际电商创新研讨会诚邀教育部电子商务虚拟教研室成员单位、学术界和业界的专家学者参加第四届国际电商创新研讨会（ICECI）和第24届国际电子商务学术会议(ICEC2023)。

Han Zhang, Georgia Institute of Technology, USA

Dr. Han Zhang is a Full Professor of Information Technology Management (ITM) and Steven A. Denning Professor of Technology & Management at the Scheller College of Business, Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech). He received his Ph.D. in Information Systems from the University of Texas at Austin. Dr. Zhang currently serves as the Faculty Director of the Denning Technology & Management (T&M) Program. He received Georgia Tech Steven A. Denning Faculty Award for Global Engagement in 2018 and the Linda and Lloyd L. Byars Award for Faculty Research Excellence at Scheller College of Business in 2022.

Xianjun Geng, Tuline University, USA

Xianjun Geng is a Professor of Management Science, Freeman School Distinguished Chair in Business, and Senior Associate Dean for Academic Programs at the A. B. Freeman School of Business in Tulane University. His research interests include pricing, supply chain management, business analytics, information security and behavioral economics. His work has appeared in Management Science (in IS, Marketing and OM departments), Information Systems Research, MIS Quarterly, Journal of Management Information Systems, Production and Operations Management, Journal of Marketing, Marketing Science, Journal of Retailing and other academic journals. Geng currently serves as Senior Editor for Production and Operations Management. Previously he served as Associate Editor for Management Science, Information Systems Research and MIS Quarterly.

Robert Xin Luo, New Mexico University, USA

Dr. Xin “Robert” Luo is an Endowed Dean's Professor of Research Excellence and tenured Black, Albert & Mary Jane Full Professor of Management Information Systems at the Robert O. Anderson School of Management of The University of New Mexico (UNM) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, USA. He also serves as the Special Assistant to the Dean for Research Advancement and the Director of International Programs at the Anderson School of Management.Dr. Xin Luo also serves as a reviewer for the U.S. National Science Foundation (NSF) in the area of information security and privacy research grants and as an invited reviewer for the National Outstanding Young Scientists Foundation of China. His research and teaching grant applications have been funded by the NSF in the U.S. and China, respectively.  His research interests center around behavioral information systems security management, privacy protection, E-commerce/M-commerce, social commerce, innovative technologies (e.g., blockchain, artificial intelligence vs. human interactions, cloud computing, green IS, e-healthcare, social network, etc.) for strategic decision-making and development, and cross-cultural IT management.
